There is a large automotive collection. Since Kathryn is interested in the Checker marque, she chose that one for the representative picture - 6 inches of Checker files! Part of 131 linear ft of non-US family histories Ann shows one of them

From the stacks there was a wonderful view of the Reading Room Besides a printed guide, there are several card catalogs of names and subjects, and lots of cross-referencing Such a great supportive staff. Besides Ann, Connie (surname to come) answered many of our questions, and Kathryn was happy that George Cooper did all the photocopying
